More Summer Fun

Here is sweet Brandon just a few days shy of 1 month old. Lol! I love newborn expressions! They never fail to bring a smile to my face! Sweet and adorable mixed with a "What in TARNATION?!" Gotta Love it!

This was the first real smile I caught on camera from Brandon. He is always such a smiley happy baby!

We had a baby swing at one point but the bigger kids always felt the need to climb in it and the last one we had finally gave out. Brandon LOVES to be in motion and so we decided to get a used swing on KSL. Here is Brandon trying it out for the first time! It looks like it's swallowing him up he's just so tiny! And I love that his little feet look like they are holding onto that part on the bottom there! Lol! You can't tell from the picture but he really does love his swing. He could sit in there for hours and fall asleep! He is such a content and happy little guy! What an absolute joy!

This just melted my heart. One night after I put Brandon in his jammies Tyler asked if he could hold him. All of the other kids were in bed and Tyler just loved on his tiny baby Brother for about 30 minutes. These are some of my favorite moments in motherhood. I love it when my kids love on each other. Tyler is so sweet and tender like this all of the time. He is SUCH a fantastic big brother! I am so proud of the young man he is becoming.

Logan loves to put on Tyler's football helmet and run around grunting, "Hooh Hooh! I tackle you now! Hooh Hooh!" Lol! Cute boy!

Here are some pictures of our first swim at Aunt Di's house for the summer. The kids LOVE swimming out there because there is a slide and such a big shallow end and huge wide steps for the little ones to play on. It really is super nice and we are so grateful to my Aunt for always letting us come out and swim!

And lastly my two sweet Buddy Brothers Logan and Nathan. The other day we were watching some old home videos of Nathan when he was about Logan's age. Peter walked into the room and said, "Hey when did you take this video? I haven't seen it yet." I told him it was Nathan and he said, "No when did you make THIS video, the one we are watching right now?" again I told him it was Nathan and it was taken about 2 years ago. He could hardly believe it. Of course Logan wears the same clothes that Nathan did and their little voices sound similar but the biggest kicker is that THEY. LOOK. EXACTLY. ALIKE. It really is unreal to look at pictures and video of them. In fact, try to guess which ones are Nathan in the pictures below:

I'll give you a hint, there is one of Nathan on the top row, one in the middle row and three on the bottom row. Doesn't it just look like a collage of the same little boy?! I'm curious to see what Brandon will look like as he gets a little bigger. He looks a lot like the boys did but also kind of like Emily. Anyway! There's some more of our summer. Starting to get caught up!
