Almost a year ago we planned a camping trip with several other families. As it drew closer we realized that our Stake Baptisms were scheduled for the same weekend and Madeline was going to be baptized with that group! We had the campsite reserved Thursday night through Monday so we decided to go up on Thursday and come home Friday night so that Madeline could be baptized on Saturday morning. It was a short trip up the canyon but so much fun!
It was Brandon's first camping experience and he did great in spite of the cold weather!
Someone caught a fish and let Tyler help clean it and cook it. Logan filled a water bottle with dirt and rocks and still drank it!

Here are all of the kids that were up camping with us. We left Friday night and on Sunday morning one of the kids, sweet little Lily fell into the fire embers after breakfast and even though it was only for a few seconds she got severe burns on her hands and arms. She has had to have skin grafts and several surgeries but is doing much better.
