Yes, I let my children go to school like this. It was crazy clothes day (the kids spent a week emphasizing respect for themselves and others, no matter what they look or dress like) and Maddie wore her jammies inside out and backwards with a swimsuit over the top and tights on her head and mismatched shoes! Wow!! What an imagination! And Tyler wore Peter's clothes and was quite a hit! Luckily he wore shorts underneath the pants because even with the belt they kept falling down! He thought it was so funny that in computer labs his pants became a distraction because they kept falling down and so she said asked him to give her his pants and he wasn't allowed to wear them for the rest of the day.
We also went bowling with all of Peter's family and the kids had a blast! It had been so long since we'd taken them that Maddie didn't ever remember going! So it had to be done!
Emily and Nathan were so cute and they basically danced and celebrated EVERY time they threw the ball! So fun to see them having such a good time!
Tyler was so excited that he got to bowl with the adults and not on the "Kiddie Lane" with the bumpers and the ball ramp. Even though he did drop the ball a few times he managed to do pretty well!
And of course, what would a post be without a picture of Logan smiling for the camera!
It was such a fun night!
