... the kids will play! (and play HARD!)
While we were in Hawaii the kids got to stay with family. Since my parents and two of my sisters live pretty close together they hopped around from house to house and stayed with different cousins and Grandma and Grandpa while we were gone. They decided that they would have a "contest" to see who could have the most fun that week. My mom is so great and decided to be on vacation from her regular responsibilities so she could just play and enjoy the kids while they were there. They had SO much fun going to the zoo, the water park, the lake, eating and playing at McDonalds, having birthday party for Maddie and SO much more! I don't have pictures of all of the fun things that they did, but here is a small sampler of their week while we were in Hawaii:

The kids also got to go out on my sisters boat several times since the lake is so close to the house. They had so much fun being pulled on the tube.
On the last day as we were flying home they went to a super fun Children's Museum and got to spend the day pretending and learning and experimenting and then played at the lake for awhile.
We took the kids to the zoo one more time before we headed back home to Utah to get ready for school to start.
*this is something that Logan started doing while we were gone, pointing at things and saying, "Ooooo!!! Dat! Oooooo!! Dat!" Melt my heart cuteness!

My kids truly have the best Grandparents in the world and the best Aunts and Uncles and cousins and they had so much fun spending time with them. I'm so glad that Logan got to spend so much time with my parents and get to know them better. I'm so grateful that my family took such great care of the kids while we were gone. It made our vacation even that much better knowing they were in good hands and having so much fun!

Super cute! I love the pic of Logan going "ooooh!" That is adorable. Period. Yes. Cuteness in a photo. And Nathan and Logan? Sooo precious. Glad they got to have a blast too! (But did you doubt it? Those kids LOOOVE their cousins and grandparents! Our family knows how to make cousins that like eachother or something. ;) )
